1. Roast Egoma(=Perilla) lightly, then ground with a mortar. Add sugar, miso and dashi (=Japanese soup stock) and mix well.
2. Add finely minced green onion, Sakura shrimp and baking powder to the wheat flour and mix. Add water to make loose dough.
3. Put vegetable oil on a pan and heat. Pour 2 until 8mm~1cm (0.4 inch) of thickness and grill with low heat.
4. Once grilled, cut it into the shape you like (diamond or triangle) and put into 1 and mix.
