Ingredients (4 servings)

  • Shappa (mantis shrimp) 8 pieces
  • Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Sake 1 tbsp.
  • Mirin(=sweet rice wine) 1 tbsp.
  • Water 1 cup

How to cook

  • 1. In a pot, combine water, seasonings, and the mantis shrimp washed with water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the flavors are infused.
